TRCA NAOS & Fire Safety

The HOA landscape company, Back to Nature, will be conducting wash and NAOS (Natural Area Open Space) maintenance in Dorado II & III beginning on Wednesday, April 30th and will continue for approximately three weeks.  

This is a fire prevention measure as well as allowing access for our painters with respect to the ongoing fence painting/maintenance project. As per TRCA's NAOS Policy, 

• This maintenance is a fuel management program designed to properly maintain plant life in the defensible space and must only be performed by the HOA contracted and licensed landscape company. 
• Please do not trim or cut trees or branches in the wash/NAOS.  If you have firewood or other flammable materials within the defensible space zone or any construction debris, please remove it immediately.
