As noted in Section 5.1 of the COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, and RESTRICTIONS (CC&Rs) document provided to all owners at purchase and posted on the Documents Tab, TRCA members must submit an Architectural Authorization Form before making any change, repair or improvement to their home or property that "in any way alters the exterior appearance of any property in Troon Ridge." TRCA's DESIGN REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES provide more detailed information.
