Fence Project Process & Homeowner Responsibilities

Homeowners on the schedule below must do the following by the date listed to allow the work to proceed on schedule and on budget:

1. All vegetation must be cut/pulled back from the fence a minimum of 12 inches to allow painters access.
2. Any snake/animal fencing must be completely removed and placed away from the work area. The fencing can be re-installed once you are notified that the contractor has completed the work on your property. They will not paint over snake fencing.
3. Any other items attached to the fence must be removed (lights, hanging pots, etc.)

NOTE - A container for equipment and supplies along with a Porta-Potty will be placed in the cul-de-sac at the west end of La Junta Road.
