Fence Project Process & Homeowner Responsibilities

1. Dorado I fence repair and painting begins 4/21/26. Estimated time of completion: end of May, unless excessive ironwork is required.
2. Upon completion of Dorado I, unfinished properties in Desert Crest 3 and Saguaro Canyon.
3. Dorado II and III are targeted for fall, with estimated completion date in December. 

A container for equipment and supplies and a Port-a-Potty have been placed in the cul-de-sac at the end of 116th St.

As previously communicated, homeowners on the schedule below must do the

following by the date listed to allow the work to proceed on schedule and on budget:

1. All vegetation must be cut/pulled back from the fence a minimum of 8 inches to allow painters access. No exceptions.
2. Any snake/animal fencing must be completely removed and placed away from the work area. The fencing can be re-installed once you are notified that the contractor has completed the work on your property. They will not paint over snake fencing.
3. Any other items attached to the fence must be removed (lights, hanging pots, etc.)
