Governing Documents

In order to preserve the value, look, safety, and appeal of our community, we all need to adhere to our Community Regulations and Requirements. In fact, we all agreed to do so when we bought our homes within TRCA. We've enshrined those regulations and requirements in our governing documents. 

As part of TRCA's transition to our new management company, City Property Management Company, the governing documents, guides, and forms of TRCA will be available  in the CITYCYNC™ Homeowner Portal. The recently updated Amended NAOS Use and Wash Maintenance Policy/Guidelines (8/26/26) is available only via the CITYCYNC™ Homeowner Portal.

All ARC Requests should be made through the CITYCYNC™ Homeowner Portal. If you have questions about submitted or active ARC Requests, please check your CITYCYNC™ account or contact the City Property Architectural Department at arch@cityproperty.com or call (602) 437-4777. The ARC Request Guides are currently available below but will soon only be available via the Homeowner Portal.
