In order to preserve the value, look, safety, and appeal of our community, we all need to adhere to our Community Regulations and Requirements. In fact, we all agreed to do so when we bought our homes within TRCA. We've enshrined those regulations and requirements in our governing documents.

Guides assist with plant selections, identify colors & materials approved for your part of the community, and clarify local Dark Sky Ordinances that govern exterior lighting, including security lights and lighting on security cameras. Contact our community management firm, City Property Management Company, with any questions about requirements, procedures, guides, or forms.
