In order to preserve the value, look, safety, and appeal of our community, we all need to adhere to our Community Regulations and Requirements. In fact, we all agreed to do so when we bought our homes within TRCA. We've enshrined those regulations and requirements in our governing documents.
Guides assist with plant selections, identify colors & materials approved for your part of the community, and clarify local Dark Sky Ordinances that govern exterior lighting, including security lights and lighting on security cameras. As noted in Section 5.1 of the COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, and RESTRICTIONS (CC&Rs) document provided to all owners at purchase and posted on the Documents Tab, TRCA members must submit an Architectural Authorization Form before making any change, repair or improvement to their home or property that "in any way alters the exterior appearance of any property in Troon Ridge."
