Homeowner Portal

CITYCYNC™ Homeowner Portal:  https://homeowners.cityproperty.com 

All Troon Ridge Community Association information will soon be available through the CITYCYNC™ Homeowner Portal. In the portal, homeowners will be able to find all of their account information, as well as locate community documents, submit/check status of ARC requests, and read community news.

Homeowners can access the portal through the above link or, once registered, via the CITYLINK app, available for iPhone and Android. 

• If you have already registered, use the above link to login. (NOTE: Your AZCMS login does not work with this new system.)

• To register, use the above link. You will be prompted for a passcode when creating your account. Your passcode will be provided with your forthcoming statement of account (arriving mid-June).

• email customercare@cityproperty.com (be sure to include your full name, property address, and TRCA in the email.)
