TRCA Electronic Voting

• Join the  "Meet the Candidates" forum via Zoom at 6 pm on July 16. Please watch your email for the Zoom link and more information.
• A Special Meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 13, at 6 pm to announce the election results. 
• Please join us at the regular August General Session meeting (Wednesday, August 27, 6 pm) where the Board appoints the two new Directors. 

1.  Each owner will receive initial communication about the upcoming TRCA Special Election for Board Members vote via POSTCARD and EMAIL. Both include similar content & the voting URL, and were a deliberate doubling up to reach owners who prefer paper mail and those who prefer email.

• POSTCARD from AZCMS with the title "Troon Ridge Community Association 2025 Special Meeting"
• EMAIL from noreply@azcms.com with the subject “TRCA Special Meeting, Election & Meet the Candidates Session"

2. By July 14, 2025, each TRCA address will then receive an Invitation to Vote email. This email includes the unique registration code assigned to the recipient's TRCA property.  The registration code is needed to begin the online voting process. 

• EMAIL from troonridge@ivotehoa.com with the subject “Invitation to Vote - 2025 Special Meeting"

Reminder emails will be sent automatically from troonridge@ivotehoa.com until the recipient votes or voting is closed.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not received an Invitation to Vote email by July 14, 2025:

• Only one Invitation to Vote email will be sent to each TRCA property address. If the owners have two email addresses on file in the Homeowner's Portal, please check both addresses for the Invitation to Vote email. 
• Check your SPAM folders.
• Verify/edit your email on the User Profile tab of the Homeowner's Portal OR by emailing mcoral@azcms.com.
